Englewood, Colorado

ECHO Labs, LLC announced today that it has entered into a software licensing agreement with 4Home, Inc. of Sunnyvale, CA. Under this licensing agreement ECHO will offer the full range of connected home services developed by 4Home on a hosted SaaS basis. Connected home services are broadband-enabled services that currently include energy management, home security and monitoring, home health, and media management. 4Home’s platform enables Service Providers to expand their service offering and increase their average revenue per user (ARPU) through connected home services. Connected Home Services are a natural service evolution for Telcos and MSO’s as they continue to expand their service offerings for their large broadband / wireless customer bases. “The agreement between ECHO and 4Home expands our market and makes it possible to offer the 4Home services to smaller operators that otherwise would be unable to justify their own dedicated 4Home platform” said Jeff Crews, Senior Vice President of service provider rollouts at 4Home. “We are excited to be able to provide the 4Home Connected Home Services as a private-labeled, hosted solution to the smaller operators.” said William Walker, Vice President of Business Development at ECHO Labs. “The operators can deploy these new services much quicker and do not have to invest large upfront cost.” ECHO is currently in discussions with several operators concerning the implementation of the 4Home solution and expects to be engaged in hosted trials in the 3rd Quarter
